Audrey Le Baudour

In her previous role as Regional Director of Employer Engagement for California Community College Workforce and Economic Development Division’s regional arm, she bridged the gap between education, community and employers in developing and delivering numerous impactful workforce development programs and initiatives in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California.

This essential work in education and workforce alignment allowed Le Baudour to focus on providing vibrant pathways for students to meet their educational goals. She was previously responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of high-profile strategic events focused on strengthening relationships with community and business partners to improve job placement and promote economic development initiatives.

A strong advocate of access and equity, she has also had the privilege of impacting the lives of adult learners in a previous faculty role, designing and facilitating both online and traditional face-to-face courses within a safe space to encourage growth and help empower student success. 

Le Baudour continues in this mission, yet with a more nimble and impactful lens, and will collaborate with partners in industry, education, trade organizations, and economic development agencies. She’ll assist each to develop strategies and find opportunities that benefit business and students, at all levels, ready to enhance their lives within their chosen careers.

An engaging, life-long learner, Audrey Le Baudour holds a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling, with an emphasis in coaching, multiple leadership certificates, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing.
